A great opportunity to work with one of the greatest choreographers , internationally recognized Alaah Abu Lelah . Leader of the Lelah troupe who has travelled all over Europe and the Arab world giving workshops for oriental dance !

2 separate workshops will be offered to all interested students:

For Beginners: 7^th November 2010 , time:    4.30-6.30pm

For Advanced: 6^th November 2010  time:     1.30pm-3.30pm

                     And 7^th November    2010 time: 2.30pm-4.30pm

Fee: 35 euro for each class of 2 hours.

Everyone is welcome! This is a one time opportunity , for all belly dancers and belly dance lovers of Malta . The workshop will be held at the ARTEMOCION DANCE & LEISURE STUDIO , Mellieha. For those that do not have transport and are not so familiar with the bus system of Malta , please send a request for transport and we will organize transport  from main locations in Malta (st.Julians area) .  Transport will cost less than 4euro depending on the number of people . Transport will take you directly to the Artemocion studio and bring you back to st.Julians when the workshop is finished.  

The workshop will be given by Abu Alaah Lelah on all days , with the particpation and direction  also of Professional Belly Dance Corinne Turner – Principal of Artemocion Dance studio and top belly dancer in Malta .  Students from other academic dance subjects are also invited – since one of the workshops is specifically aimed for beginners . Lessons will be held in English and the music will be made availble during the workshop.

About Corinne Turner –

Corinne Turner is the creator of Artemocion . Corinne has been dancing since the tender age of 3 years old and has experience in the field of Ballet , Modern Jazz , Lyrical , Cabaret and contemporary. At the age of 13 Corinne started to take Belly Dancing classes in Tunisia and brought the magnificant art of belly dance with her to Malta.  Corinne always wanted to open an art studio which invloves various styles of dancing and other arts to create a beautiful atmosphere and each artists gets to show their talent in their own field.

Her amazing isolations, sharp technique is the product of many years of studying various style of dancing including different kinds of belly dancing : Classical Egyptian ,Fokloric Baladi , Arabic Cabaret style , Turkish belly dance with technical floor work and more.

Corinne Turner and the Artemocion Belly Dancers are invited in the major events in Malta.  Artemocion dancers are invited in international shows to perform such as Tunisia , Greece , Crete & Cyprus , Egypt , Spain , France and many others.
